A look at usability issues and how they affect the internet consumer.
Usability is not always easy to achieve as a designer - it can be difficult to view a website from a novice's perspective when we use websites and the internet professionally; things that seem quite obvious to us will baffle the less experienced - quite often we find that improved usability comes as a result of a client reporting to us the feedback they receive about the site from family, friends and those first few customers. Our job then is to respond quickly to make the necessary adjustments.
Here is some general information about usability and how good and bad usability experiences can effect us in the world today:

If you sign and return it, you are committing to EU997 every year until cancelled in writing.
