Choice of Presentation

Essentially the presentation is a transparent (“weatherman type”) video, filmed in a specialist Green Studio, of a presenter giving a 100-200 word script.

The presentation is available in 3 main formats:

• Overlayed Presenter Video – presenter can be placed in 9 points on the screen. Basic price includes the delivery of product with instructions for installation and technical support for installation.
• Embedded Presenter Video – (as seen above) - presenter is embedded into the design of the Website, with some movement to point and explain. Basic price includes the delivery of product with instructions for installation and technical support for installation.
• Encapsulated Presenter Video – presenter is integrated into your own flash design or we can provide client specific flash backgrounds and players. Basic price includes the delivery of product for your integration into your flash design. Extra will be quoted for our design of specific flash backgrounds and players.

Pricing

Pricing based on a simple formula: (Payable at time of booking)

Floating or Embedded Presenter:

Up to 200 words (about 1 min) = £339.25
Over 200 words = add £1.15 per word
Actually we think about half a minute (100 words) is the optimum

Encapsulated Presenter:

As above, but with an addition £166.75 per hour design time. Request a quote first

• Multilingual presenters – their rates may vary per language
• Writing & translation of scripts
• Voice Over Presenters - we have access to a large multilingual source of talent and established video and audio recording studios.  We can offer voice over and dubbing services on a quotation basis.
• End User self-presentations – where the End User attends the studio session and presents their own website. Retail price = £339.25 which includes 1 hour in the studio.  There is a overrun charge for the studio of £34.50 per quarter of an hour.

RETURN POLICY

Since software is intellectual property, we require prepayment before issuing the software license. No refund will be given once a license is issued.

Online Backup Service: From £10 per month.

Spam Emails: Subject: 'notice protect-- internet trademark intellectual property safeguard' - saying someone is about to register a different version of your domain name and they can protect you 'for a fee' of course. Just ignore them.

European City Guide. This is doing the rounds again - if you get one of these through the post, be very careful that you read it. If you sign and return it, you are committing to EU997 every year until cancelled in writing. Assuming you choose NOT to do this, I recommend keeping the original as proof that you did not book anything.
